Assembly was super easy! Nothing but positive to report for quality of build and performance. Super quiet, can't hear it running, easy filtering. Right size for cat, large cat small dog. Not heavy to pick up. Good price for what I paid. I shopped carefully for this , way pleased. No leaks, stainless steel, easy to clean, water reservoir should a long time. Just plug in and go, removing same way, very low voltage pump, no batteries to worry about light weight. Will buy second one, three cats would like that!

I have purchased a couple fountains from big box pet stores in the past and each time the price tag was higher and the product wither never worked or worked for a short time. I was nervous purchasing this product due to expecting low quality for low price but I am very happy with this product. The stainless steel puts me at ease about excess bacteria in between washes. It could not be simpler to set up and refill. And the cats love it. They drink much more water since they got this. I also like that it holds a good amount of water without taking up too much space.

The fountain holds 108oz (3.2L) of water, which typically lasts 4–7 days for 1–2 cats without refilling.

The body is made of 304 stainless steel, which is rust-proof, durable, dishwasher-safe, and safe for your pet’s health.

It uses a 4-stage filter including:
- Cotton layer to trap hair and debris
- Activated carbon to eliminate odors
- Ion exchange resin to soften water
- Additional cotton for added filtration

No. It operates with a super-quiet pump (≤ 28 dB) – almost silent, perfect for sensitive pets and quiet environments.
5. Do I still need the filter if I use purified water?
Yes. The filter not only purifies water but also captures floating hair, food crumbs, and dust from the environment.
6. Can I clean it in a dishwasher?
Yes – the stainless steel bowl and parts are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended). Electrical components must be cleaned manually.
7. How often should I change the filter?
Replace the filter every 3–4 weeks, and clean the fountain every 4–7 days to prevent slime, bacteria, or odors.
8. Is it easy to use? Does it have auto shut-off?
Yes, it’s plug-and-play using a standard 5V USB power. It does not have auto shut-off, so you’ll need to unplug it manually.
9. Is it suitable for small dogs?
